Prawn Pilau

I think my family can never say "NO" to sea-food. They can literally eat sea-food any day. Sea-food is so versatile and you can use it in different cuisines. Also it gives any dish a fresh taste.
Now when it comes to Prawn Pilau, we love it spicy. It is important to season the Prawns separately so that it gives a nice flavour. I have used green herbs for the Pilau so that the freshness of the Prawns is levelled up.
Do try this easy recipe if you are a Prawn lover, because it is simple and extremely delicious.
