Kofta Biryani

This Recipe is for those Biryani Lovers who are looking for new ways to cook Biryani. Kofta and Biryani are my two favourite dishes and an amalgamation of these two dishes gives birth to a very delicious and unique Biryani.
Just to save time I would suggest to make the Kofta balls prior, so that you can make this Biryani in less time. You may also use ready made Koftas for this dish. If you are looking for something different to WOW!! your guests then this dish is definitely the one!
