Pasanday (Gravy style)

Pasanday is a very popular Pakistani dish, usually served with Rotis or Nan Bread. Pasanday are basically very thin fillets of beef. The thinness of the Beef reduces the cooking time and also the Beef Fillets are able to absorb maximum flavour during the marination and cooking period. You can have the Pasanday dry or with Gravy. My family prefers gravy so hence I ensure that there is enough gravy for them to enjoy it.
If you marinate it for a longer period, your cooking time will lessen. Do give this recipe a go if you are looking for something different.
