Prawn Makhani Handi-Biryani of the Seas style

Sea-food actually goes quite well with Desi Spices. My family loves Prawns and I usually try to make different Desi variations of Prawns served either with Rice or Rotis. One of the best Prawn dishes that I have eaten in Karachi is the Prawn Makhani Handi from Biryani of the Seas. Their Prawn Makhani Handi is so creamy and delicious that you could just eat it by itself. I think that the Prawns when cooked in a Handi gives an earthy flavour which is just sensational. This is a very easy quick recipe and very flavourful too. Do give this recipe a go if you want to give your Sea-food a Desi twist !
