Pour Oil in a Handi or any other pot and heat it
Add the onion and fry until golden brown
Add the Ginger and Garlic paste and fry for about 1 minute
Now add the chopped Tomatoes and stir well until the Tomatoes are soft
Now blend this gravy and keep aside in a separate bowl
In the same Handi or Pot add the butter
Now add all the Gravy spices, salt and the green chillies and mix well
Add the blended Tomato and Onion paste to the gravy and keep mixing until the Oil starts to float
Now add the Cream and give it a good mix (You may add 1/2 cup of water if the gravy is too thick)
Now add the Prawns to the Gravy and stir well
Add lemon juice and dried fenugreek leaves and mix again
Cover the dish and let the Prawns cook for about 5-7 minutes on medium flame
Now switch off the flame and give the Prawns a stir. Make sure that the Prawns are completely cooked.
Now dish out the Prawn Makhani Handi and Garnish with Ginger and Drizzle some cream
You can serve with Hot Nans, Rotis or Rice
