Aaloo Gosht or Meat & Potato Curry is a dish which has to be made once every fortnight at my home. Even during my childhood, my Mummy used to make this for us and we used to relish it. This is a simple curry and the flavours are delicious. This is definitely the ultimate comfort food in any Desi household.
I have tweaked the recipe a bit and you may notice that I have sliced the potatoes, reason being it will cook quicker this was and secondly when you fry it before putting it in the gravy the flavours of the potatoes is also uplifted.
Do try this simple recipe at home and you will surely impress your family and friends.
