While being on Keto, I have been craving all sorts of junk food. Keto does allow you to enjoy low carb foods in such a great way that you don't want to go back to eating carbs.
This Keto Pizza is my favourite Keto recipe, as it is so simple and easy to make. It tastes absolutely delicious and it has great nutritional values if you are following any low carb diet.
The Pizza crust has so much of flavour and it is quite yummy to eat by itself.
Do try this recipe, as you can't go wrong with this one.

Ingredients
  

Cauliflower Pizza Base

  • 2 cups Cauliflower Rice You can Grate the Cauliflower or you may use frozen Cauliflower Rice
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella/Cheddar Cheese You may use half and half for a better flavour
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Egg Well Beaten
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • Salt According to taste

Pizza Sauce & Toppings

  • 1/4 cup Tomato Paste/Marinara Sauce You may select low carb options for the Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella/Cheddar Cheese You may use half and half for a better flavour
  • Black Olives According to your choice
  • 1 Capsicums Thinly cut Slices
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Chicken You may use any meat of your choice too
  • Spianch Leaves Handful

Instructions
 

Instructions for Cauliflower Pizza Base

  • Steam the Cauliflower Rice until tender
  • Remove the excess water in it by straining it completely and use an absorbent paper to dap it to make sure there is no excess water
  • Add all the above Pizza Base ingredients together
  • Pre heat oven to 200°C
  • Now place baking paper on your baking tray
  • Flatten the Pizza base on the baking paper
  • Please make sure that it doesn't have any cracks, so use your hand to flatten it
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown at the same temperature
  • Once done, remove and let it cool for 5-10 minutes

Instructions for Preparing the Pizza

  • Now cover the Pizza crust with Tomato/Marinara Sauce
  • Top it generously with Cheese
  • Add the above or your favourite toppings
  • Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, for about 15 minutes.
  • Your Low Carb, Low Calorie, Keto Friendly Pizza is now ready to eat
