Keto buns are a delicious alternative to the regular buns. If you want to get the same feeling of eating a delicious upsized Burger which is low calorie and delicious at the same time then you must definitely try out these Keto Buns.
It only takes 2 minutes to prepare these delicious Keto Buns, yes you read that right only 2 minutes.
These are prepared in the Microwave and believe me the result is awesome. There is no eggy flavour at all. The bun might be a bit dense but it tastes great.
Maybe this can become your new 2-minute favourite snack!

Ingredients
  

Ingredients for Keto Bun (Makes 1 Bun only)

  • 3 tbsp Almond Flour/Almond Meal
  • 2 tbsp Grated Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1.5 tbsp Oil
  • Pinch of Salt

Ingredients for Keto Burger Patty (Makes 5-6 Patties)

  • 500 gms Beef Mince You may use Chicken Mince if you like
  • 3 tbsp Parsley Finely Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Mustard Paste
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • Salt According to taste

Instructions for Keto Bun (Makes 1 Bun only)

  • Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl (Cereal Bowl should be good)
  • Add the Egg and the Oil
  • Now whisk with a fork just as you would for making an Omelette
  • Let it rest for 1-2 minutes
  • Now Microwave it for 90-120 seconds until done
  • The mixture will take the shape of the bowl
  • Now cut it from the middle and toast it slightly each side on a pan with some butter
  • Your Keto Buns are ready, put your Beef Patty, Cheese and some veggies to make it look like a Gourmet Burger

Ingredients for Keto Burger Patty (Makes 5-6 Patties)

  • Combine all the ingredients together and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes
  • Make round patties and shallow fry until cooked on each side
