Green Chutney Sandwich
Green Chutney Sandwich
Since Childhood, one snack which has always been my favourite is the Green Chutney Sandwich. You can really taste all the different flavours in one Sandwich, be it spicy, tangy or sweet. I remember that for different Melas or get togethers, this was definitely the most popular snack. Infact without the Green Chutney Sandwich the party would be incomplete. This is a very simple recipe and the main part is the texture of the Chutney. Best to make the Chutney fresh and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours before use. This can be easily stored in the fridge for a week in a air-tight container.
