Malai Boti is another very popular BBQ dish. It's texture is soft and melt in the mouth. Malai Boti has very few spices so that one can enjoy the creaminess of the Chicken. Marination is very important for this dish, hence the longer you marinate it for, the more moist and juicy it will turn out to be.
It is very easy to prepare this dish and is definitely a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 Chicken Boneless diced
  • 2 tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
  • 1-2 tbsp Green Chilli Paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Meat Tenderizer You may use 1 tsp of Raw Papaya paste as an alternative
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Cream
  • 1 tsp White Pepper Powder You may use Black Pepper Powder as an alternative
  • 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • Salt According to taste
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Firstly add the Ginger and Garlic Paste, Meat Tenderizer and the Green Chilli Paste to the Boneless Chicken and set aside for 15-20 minutes
  • Now add all the other ingredients to the Chicken and mix well
  • Marinate the Chicken pieces for at least 2 hours
  • Now skew the chicken on skewers or bamboo sticks
  • You can pan fry, grill or bake them until charred
  • Serve with hot Nans/Rotis, fresh salad and Raita
