Low Carb Brownies
If you are avoiding sugar and carbs but still looking for a recipe to crave your sweet tooth, then this is the perfect recipe for you. I have used Monk Fruit Sweetener as a sugar substitute for this brownie recipe, you may use any sweetener too.If you are not making low carb brownies then you may use regular sugar and regular flour.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 2/3 cup Granulated Erythritol/Sweetner/Monk Fruit Sweetner Use any sugar replacement or if you are not following low carb recipe then use regular sugar
- 2 Eggs Beaten
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1/3 cup Butter (melted)
- 3 tbsp Water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F
- Grease a Baking pan and lay a Baking Paper over it
- Mix all the dry ingredients together
- Now add the Eggs, Butter, Vanilla essence and Water and mix well
- No need to beat the batter, just use a spatula to mix it
- Spread the mixture evenly in the pan
- Bake for about 20 minutes until cooked
- Now remove from the oven and let it cool down
- The Brownies will continue to firm up when cooling down
- Drizzle with some Chocolate Sauce or enjoy as it is
