Haray Bharay Seekh Kababs is more of a Mediterranean Kebab which has green fresh herbs like Coriander and Mint. These Kababs are extremely flavourful and are very low in spice. These Kababs are a Healthy Desi meal option as you can grill it with very little oil.You may either fry these Kababs on a pan or grill them. These are great for outdoor BBQs too.I have used Chicken mince since it is quite lean and cooks faster. You may use Beef, Lamb or Goat mince as well to make these delicious mouth watering Kababs.This is quite a light meal and will be enjoyed by all at home.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Chicken Mince
- 1.5 tbsp Ginger and Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Cream
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1.5 tbsp Crushed Green Chillies
- 1/2 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 cup Chopped Mint Leaves
- Salt According to taste
- 2 tbsp Oil For Frying/Grilling
Instructions
- Take a bowl and add the mince to it
- Now add all the ingredients to the mince and mix well
- Make sure to grease your hands when mixing as the Chicken mince is quite sticky
- Let the Chicken Mince mixture rest for about 20 minutes in the refrigerator
- Now Grease your hands and make balls of equal sizes out of the Seekh Kabab mince
- Now place each ball on the skewer and press it downwards to form a long Seekh Kabab shape
- After you have made all the skewers place them in the refrigerator for another 10 minutes
- Heat oil in a pan or Grill pan
- Now place the skewers on the pan
- Let it fry/grill on each side until cooked and turns golden brown
- You may even grill the skewers on the BBQ pit
- Now remove the Skewers from the pan and place it on a separate serving dish
- Serve these Haray Bharay Kababs with Green Chutney, Salad, Rotis/Nans
