Chicken Boti Roll-Hot n Spicy Style
Chicken Boti Roll-Hot n Spicy Style
When you talk about Karachi's Street Food, one can't miss out on the Kabab Roll/Paratha Roll. This is such a simple yet flavourful Street food which is hard to resist. Chicken or Beef in the form of Botis or Kababs are wrapped in a Paratha or a Puri with some Onions and Spicy Yogurt or Chutney Filling. Yes that's it, it's an extremely simple dish. There are many varieties of the Kabab Roll/Paratha Roll, but I have chosen to share with you all the Chicken Boti Roll which is truly the best of all, in my opinion. Hot n Spicy and Red Apple were my favourite places for these Rolls and now in Perth it's Angry Chicken 🙂
