Achari Chicken
Achari Chicken
Achari Chicken is a very delicious, spicy and tangy dish. It took me some time to get the flavours of this Achari Chicken right because the spices used to make the Achari Masala is a bit different from the usual curry. You can always make a good amount of the Achari Masala and store it for later. The best part of the Achari Chicken is the Masala filled Chilies. It really uplifts the dish and adds a bit of spice. This dish is definitely packed with flavours and is a good variation if you're looking for something different than the regular curries.
