Aaloo Patties or Vegetable Patties is one of the well known Bakery items back in Pakistan. These patties are so delicious and I would always prefer them over the mince Patties. Freshly baked Patties are definitely irresistible. I can eat them plain without any sauce or ketchup because it has a nice comfort flavour to it. I remember back in School these used to be my favourite. I used to buy them from the School Canteen and enjoy it my Pepsi.
This recipe gives you the authentic flavour of the Bakery Patties or the Patties sold at School. You may also add Carrots or Peas to the Potato filling.
This is a perfect Chai time snack or can also be served at gatherings as a snack item.
