Grind the Chillies, Lemon juice, Coriander and Mint leaves to form a thick Chutney like paste
In a separate dish pour some Oil and fry the Onions until translucent, please don't brown them
Now add the Ginger & Garlic Paste and sauté until fragrant
Add the Chicken pieces and mix well for about 4-5 minutes until the Chicken changes its colour
Now add all the spices and salt and mix well
Add the Green paste that you had prepared earlier and mix again
Mix well until the oil separates
Now add the yogurt at the end and mix for about 2-3 minutes
Cover the Chicken and let it cook
Once the Chicken is completely cooked and the Oil floats your dish is ready
You can either dry out the dish or have it with some gravy
Garnish with some Coriander leaves and Green Chillies
Serve with Rotis, Nans, Chapatis or Rice
