Momo is a type of a steamed filled dumping popular across the Indian Sub Continent. They are extremely popular among the natives of the Indian subcontinent, and can be found in every kind of shop from restaurants to street vendors.I actually learnt to cook this dish from the Nepali boys working at the Shop. I was very intrigued by the simplicity of the dish and how it's beautifully wrapped into a soft dumpling. I decided to do a Tandoori version of this dish to give it a spicy kick. The Tandoori flavour actually uplifts the Momos and makes it all the more flavoursome and Desi. You can either steam the Momos and enjoy them by itself or add the Tandoori Masala and give it a spicy and unique flavour which is very irresistible. You can serve them with a Peanut Satay Sauce/Chilli Garlic Sauce or any other Sauce of your choice. Best to serve them fresh!
