As soon as the sun is about to set, it's time for some tea-time snacks. What better tea-time snack than a Samosa to go with a nice cup of hot Chai. Well, here is a samosa variation with minimum efforts that I am sure you would love to try at home. This variation of samosa is made using beef, which is stir-fried with spices and then filled in some Samosa Sheets or Spring Roll Sheets. I have used Spring Roll sheets as they were easily available at the local grocer. Qeema Samosa is a popular snack enjoyed with spicy tangy green chutney or any of your favourite sauce. This samosa recipe is deep-fried; you may bake them as well if you prefer a healthier version of it. I have also included a video to explain how to easily fold a samosa. Do give this recipe a try as I know that Samosas are a very popular snack amongst Desi food lovers.

Stir fry the mince by itself without any Oil until the colours changes to brown, if your mince sticks to the dish then you can add some water
Now add the Ginger & Garlic Paste and the chopped Green Chillies to the mice and mix well for about a minute on high flame
Add all the spices besides the Garam Masala Powder and mix well. Add some water if required and let the Mince cook.
Once the Mince is cooked, add the chopped Onions, Corriander and Garam Masala Powder and mix well for about 2-3 minutes. The Onions should become transluscent by now.
Let the Mince cool down completely and then you can start making Samosas
