Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees C
Sift the Flour with the Baking Powder and Salt and keep aside.
2 cups All purpose Flour, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Baking Powder
In a separate deep dish beat the eggs with a whisk or Electric beater
4 large Eggs
Once fluffy add the sugar and beat well.
1 cup + 2 tbsp Sugar
Once you get a creamy texture, add the Vanilla Essence, Butter and Milk
1 cup Melted Butter, 1 cup Milk, 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Beat well for about a minute.
Now add the sifted flour to the wet mixture and beat well until well combined.
Separate half of the mixture and add the Chocolate powder/Nutella and beat until combined
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Let the other half of the mixture remain as it is.
Now take a baking pan and cover it with Baking paper and grease it
Pour the plain mixture with the help of a ladle.
Alternate with the chocolate mixture.
Make layers by alternating the plain and the chocolate mixture in the Baking pan.
With the help of a toothpick or a skewer make some swirl design on the cake
Bake the cake for about 35-40 minutes or till a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
Let it cool, cut slices and serve with some hot Chai.
