Boil the Split Chickpea (Channa Daal) with the Garam Masala powder, Crushed Chilli and salt until it is completely dried out and. You can boil it in 1.5 cups of water
Once the water has dried up and the Split Chickpea (Channna Daal) is soft, take it out in a spearate dish and add the mashed potatoes, corriander, green chillies and mix it all together.
Check the salt and spice and adjust accordingly if you need to increase it
Now grind the mix in a grinder to combine all the ingredients
Make small patties out of the mixture and keep aside for frying
Now dip the patty into the beaten egg and shallow fry it in oil until both sides are golden brown and take them out in a plate
Cut the Buns in half (if not already cut)
Lightly grill the buns on a pan with some oil on both sides of each half
Now put some chutney at the bottom of the bun and spread it evenly
Add the fried patty
Put some onions, tomatoes and Cucumbers (as per your choice)
Put some chutney on the other half of the bun and spread
Cover the Bun Kabab and grill on the pan again for 30 seconds on each side
Take it off the pan and serve with Sauce/Chutney and Tomato sauce
