I call this the Angry Chicken because of its sharp spicy flavours. By looking at the dish and reading the recipe, you may feel that it will be extremely spicy but believe me you will be able to handle the spice.This dish is actually inspired by the famous Phataka Chicken of Natiagali, I have altered the spices and simplified it so that you may easily make it at home with minimum spices. This Chicken is best for a cold winter night. I have mentioned two options for cooking this Roast Chicken; you may either deep fry it or bake it. Obviously the baked version is more healthier but the flavours are more or less the same for either of the methods.Enjoy this extremely delicious flavour packed chicken with some hot Rotis and Naans.
