Heat Oil in a Karahi/Wok
Add the Chicken and fry for about 1-2 minutes
Now add the Ginger & Garlic Paste and the Chilli Paste and fry for another 1-2 minutes
Now add the Green Chilies and fry the Chicken until the Chicken changes it's colour
Add the Yogurt, crushed Black Pepper, Garam Masala Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder and salt
Fry the masala for 5 minutes until the Oil floats and cover the dish for about 5-10 minutes until the Chicken is cooked
Now add the cream (optional) and give the Karahi a Good Stir
Now increase the flame and fry the Karahi
Add the Dried Fenugreek Leaves and stir
Now Garnish your Karahi with Ginger, Coriander and Mint Leaves
Drizzle some lemon juice and serve with hot Nans, Parathas or Rotis
