Heat the Ghee or Butter in a deep dish until melted
Now fry the sliced onions until Golden Brown
Add the marinated mince and fry for at least 5 minutes until the colour changes
When the oil starts to float, add between 1 to 1.5 cups pf water to the mince
Let the mince simmer on medium flame for about 10-12 minutes
Check the mince, it should be thick in consistency and the oil should float
At this point you may add 1 tbsp of butter for extra flavour
Let the mince simmer for another 1-2 minutes
Now you may give the coal dum to your Kabab Fry
Kabab Fry is now ready, garnish it with chopped coriander, green chilies, and lemons
Serve with Hot Nans or Rotis
