Add all the above ingredients to the Meat except White Pepper Powder and Oil
Now mix well until the meat is well coated with the marinade
Let the meat rest in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours, or overnight if possible
Now heat the oil in a pan
Add the marinated meat to it and stir well for about 10 minutes until the colour of the meat changes
Now add the White/Black Pepper Powder and mix well
Now add about 1-2 cups of water and let the meat cook until tender
You may add more water from time to time if the water dries out and if the meat needs to be cooked more
Once the meat is tender and cooked increase the flame of the stove
Now Bhuno (fry) the meat on high flame, you will get a flavourful strong aroma
Fry the meat on high flame for about 10 minutes until the gravy dries out and the oil surfaces
Namkeen Gosht is eaten dry, it is not a gravy dish
Your Namkeen Gosht is now ready, you may serve with Hot Naans or Rotis, Salad and Raita
