After washing the Beef well, prick it with the help of a fork. Make deep pricks all over the Beef
Rub the Beef with Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chilli Paste and Vinegar and let it rest for 15 minutes
Now mix all the spices and Salt together and rub it all over the Beef
Pour Oil over the Beef and rub again
Now cover the Beef and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours. For best results marinate it overnight
Now in a Deep dish fry the Beef Roast slightly until it's colour changes to brown
Now submerge the Beef in Water, cover the dish and let the Beef cook on Medium flame
Cook the Beef until tender and the water is dried out completely
Your Hunter's Beef is now ready. You can cover it in foil and refrigerate it for 2-3 days
When making Burgers you need to shred the Hunters Beef and use the shredded Beef as the Burger filling
Tip: Fry the shredded Beef in 1-2 tbsp of Oil before assembling it in the Hunters Beef Burger
