Pour milk in a deep dish. Use a non stick dish preferably
Bring the milk to a boil and turn the heat to medium low
Now keep stirring the milk and leave it to slightly boil
You will notice that a thin layer of cream is formed over the milk, gently push the cream towards the edge of the dish
After pushing the cream, stir the milk and make sure nothing is stuck at the bottom of the dish
Leave the milk to slightly boil
Again you will find a layer of cream forming, repeat the same process
Keep repeating until only about 1 cup of thick milk remains in the dish
Now add the Sugar, Green Cardamom Powder and Kewra water to the milk only and stir well
You may add more sugar if you like it sweeter
Once the Milk comes to a boil switch of the stove and let it cool down for 5 minutes
Now scrape the cream from the sides and mix it in the milk and give it a stir
You may also break the cream solids into medium sized chunks while stirring
Once the Rabri has cooled down leave it to chill in the refrigerator
Garnish with your favourite dry fruits before serving
