Pour Oil in a Dish and heat it
Now add the Ginger and Garlic paste and saute it for about a minute
Add the Chicken and stir for about 2-3 minutes
In the meanwhile blend the Tomatoes and yogurt together and form a mixture (Add 1/2 cup of water when blending)
Add the tomato and yogurt mixture to the chicken and mix well
Now cover the Chicken and let it cook for about 10-12 minutes
For the Achari Spice Mix just Grind all the Ingredients coarsely and keep aside
Now remove the cover and fry the Chicken on high heat until the oil separates
Add the Dried Fenugreek Leaves and give it a stir
Add the Filled Green Chillies (Instructions for filling the Chillies is below) in the gravy and cover for about 1-2 minutes. The flame should be medium
Now add the remaining of the Achari Spice mix to the Chicken and mix well
Let it simmer for about 1-2 minutes
Your Achari Chicken is now ready to serve
Garnish the Achari Chicken with Ginger and Coriander
Serve with hot Nans and Rotis
